I had an issue with my unit and needed someone to come out immediately. We run an airbnb property so we needed to get it fixed for our guests. Devin came out the same day I called (on a Friday) and the team was there on Monday morning to install a new unit right before my guests came in. I called at least 5 companies and LB Chase Mechanical was the fastest to respond, provide a quote, and install a new unit. They did an awesome job and helped my business. I would highly recommend. We had an entire system replaced with LB Chase Mechanical. The guys communicated with me prior to their arrival and arrived during the agreed up time frame. They replaced both the inside and outside units and hauled off the old ones and left their work areas super tidy. Also, the company was very patient with me as we had communicated we wanted these units but due to circumstances I wasn't able to give a firm date for the work until we had other work done so I kept saying "we're getting close". When at last I was able to give a date for the work they scheduled it and completed it on that date. Our intial contact with them was also really good as the old A/C unit was not working (in June) and it wasn't permanently fixable. The technician rigged it as best he could and told me it might last a few hours or a few months. It lasted about six week and even though we had to deal with it being hot in August/September we enjoyed the six weeks we had! They are pleasant, professional and very helpful! Had another great experience withLBChase today . They replaced our 24 year old heat pump and outside equipment. Here right on time, efficient, very respectful of our home . Our upstairs is already cooled to a comfortable temp. We have used LB Chase since our home was built and have always had a very positive experience. Highly recommend! Read Less
